01/2008 BIESSEINSIDE

Great success for the first edition of BIESSEINSIDE, organised in Pesaro to present the latest technological advances in woodworking to furniture makers and the manufacturers of doors and windows. An event of world-wide importance, with over 2000 participants from more than 50 different countries.
The public success seen between 10th and 13th October 2007 was such that the event was repeated on 19th and 20th October.

BIESSEINSIDE was the first in a series of events that Biesse will be organising at its main headquarters in Pesaro. An important opportunity for all customers and operators in this sector to enter the world of the Biesse Wood Division and admire the brand new Tech & Business Center.

During BIESSEINSIDE participants were able to see over 100 demonstrations, carried out in the Tech center on machines from the entire Biesse range: processing centres, line boring machines, manual, automatic and line edgebanding machines, panel saws and sanding machines. This is a new area measuring 3000 m², permanently set up by Biesse to house 32 machines in constant operation.

Technical seminars were also organised during the event, with the co-operation of 2 prestigious businesses: IKEA and Consorzio Legno Legno. Through BIESSEINSIDE, a new strategy is taking shape: “opening up” the company to its customers and establishing better contact with the market, to show customers and operators in this sector, both in Italy and abroad, the potential of Biesse S.p.A. and enable them to participate in the product and process innovation that Biesse S.p.A. is developing.

A one-of-a-kind initiative that has also attracted the attention of local authorities, the press (both specialist and general), analysts and investors both from Italy and abroad.
