The UK Help Desk team provides free expert telephone and on-line diagnostics, often alleviating the necessity of a technical visit, saving valuable time and money.
They utilise the most advanced HDA (Help Desk Application) software, which records the full machine service history and is linked to the parent company data base, allowing interactive access to the most up-dated technical information.

The Field Service team is a squad of qualified engineers, which follow a program of continuous training from our training school in Italy, on only two products each.
This philosophy allows Biesse UK to fully cover its wide product range, with a highly effective level of specialisation and autonomy.
